ALEPH’s two-hour DJ set for Disco Tehran at the Lot Radio brings together a new generation of Middle Eastern beats from Egypt, Jordan, Palestine, Syria, Turkey, and other countries. Blending the pulse of ancestral oriental drums with drum & bass, dub techno, and new-school breakbeats, the set bridges heritage and future soundscapes.

This mix for Rhizome — a small record and bookshop in Rome dedicated to experimental music and a highly curated selection of books and records — brings together some of my favourite ambient, experimental, and minimal dub techno tracks of the moment.
